Seventeen once said that they are a very "horizontal" team. I think it's because the maknaes took on very proactive roles in music, performance and variety from the start : Vernon is a main rapper and writes and produces a lot of songs, Seungkwan is a main vocalist and took the lead on variety shows, while Dino is a main dancer and often helped the older members with learning dance moves or making choreos. And the older members let the younger ones lead them with grace instead of having the rigid "older one makes the decisions and is always right" mentality.

The members I learned about and get to love are from the variety shows I watched. For example: Daesung from Bigbang, Key from Shinee, Hyeri from Girl's Day, Heechul & Eunhyuk from SuJu... Even the kpop songs (mainly from 1st & 2nd gen), I got to know from constant playing in variety shows. And most importantly, I decided to try checking out Seventeen after seeing them in Knowing Bros.

This season was filmed during Your Choice era , it has really beautiful songs like vocal unit’s Same dream, same mind, same night, also Anyone that you heard in this episode, they have special performance video for Anyone it’s really cool.
