KNOWN ISSUES

Bow has some distortion depending on pose.  Increase collision distance if you experience clipping with the dress.

Balloons are pretty resource intensive.  On first load, they might fall to the ground, so you just need to change the gravity multiplier in the clothing physics a bit (ie. +/-0.01) then back to default.  If there is some weird clipping/distortion, zero out Compression Resistance then back to 1.  It should fix it and make it looks like it popped and reinflated.

NOTES

This was based on Shunya Yamashita's Bishoujo version of Pennywise artwork (which was also turned into a PVC Figure Statue).  I tried to get it as close as possible to the look as cloth will allow.  The only thing I did do was the hair.  I think it would took me another week or two to try and match the pig tailed, bob hair style.  I also added a tiny heart on the nose to try and match the real Pennywise, which has a painted red nose.  Oh and added black nails & blood stained fingers.

Every part of the outfit is Simmed and on, except the stockings (it's sim,  but only used for undressing to save resources)  you could turn off the sleeves' sim too.  If you girl's breast are small enough, you could get away with turning off the Dress's sim also.   You might also have to increase your girl's hip size to make the pants look as wide as it should.

The balloon are repurposed earrings from my mirrorball outfit (valentine special) hence the low resolution of the balloon.  I know it will hold it's shape when there are no constraints on it.  I tried creating a higher res version but none of them worked.  They either didn't hold their shape, or had some weird distortions.  I even tried to subdivide the earrings to make it higher res, but keep getting distortions that I couldn't fix.  There's still a minor bit of distortion even with this low res version.   But it works and acts just like a balloon.  You can make the balloon huge or tiny with the distance scale.

The skin used my K-doll texture because I was planning on using her as the model since she's the most anime looking of my gals.  Then I remember Ash, which was based on an anime and use the same textures as my K-doll. So I end up using her even though I made the texture based on my K-doll.

I did not make any gloves, I just retexture the built-in Ultra catsuit to use as gloves.  Since the outfit supposed to have gloves, I threw in this option.  Personally I don't care for it since I textured her fingers & nails to give it some hints of horror.  Same deal with the shoes.  Since it's a heeled shoe I just used the built-in heels.

Finally the outfit has fuzzy pom-pom, so only way to do that is with hair.
