Proof of concept Mod that I think come out working pretty well.

INSTALLATION
Download into your VaM\AddonPackages directory.
This is a Hair asset, not clothing. You'll find it in your Hair tab
KNOWN ISSUES
Might strain some lower end pc. Might want to turn off soft body physics to ease cpu usage. As you can see in the preview video, it runs pretty well in VR, getting about 45fps with all settings on high.
It is a Hair asset, so it doesn't have cloth sim. So the Full length version won't flow like cloth, but static & moves with the legs. Depending on your girl and the morphs used, there might be some distortions. You do get great control of color and length of the 'fur' (even shape it in creator if you want)
I think this is a good way to do fur trim for cloth outfits (and I do have an outfit in mind)
