With the Elysium content of Day 19 pt2, Vespera gives the MC a handjob. Altogether, this is done with about five frames in total.
The same technique was used on Day 18 with Marissa, just before Daphne's massage in the Sex Room.

I call these kinds of events "Low Frame Animations" though obviously, they aren't technically animations.
