Steam keys - I believe that's everyone

I may have missed someone; Patreon's filters aren't great.
Criteria are:
> 1 year supporter with > $30 supported. I'm fairly certain I got everyone in this category, but maybe not.
Elysium Supporter for August, September, and/or October. This is the category I feel I might've missed. Don't hesitate to message me if you were an Elysium Tier supporter in one of those months.
And with that, there's one final patch for the PC/Mac/Linux version of Days 1-18 coming, and then we can start talking about Day 19.
