Poll: Mass Releasing Day 17 Elysium

Now that Day 17 has been out for a while, I'm wondering what everyone's thoughts are on releasing SiS Days 1-17, Elysium version to the mass public.
Before anyone pirates the game and does this for me (thus making this poll unnecessary), know that I have one final version of Days 1-17 that I need to release today that has a few more improvements, such as adjustments to the Paige battle minigame, and fixes for various sound/text oddities.
So, what are your thoughts?

The standard seems to be something like High Tier + 2 weeks => Low Tier, Low Tier + 2 weeks => Public. You're currently right at 4 weeks, so public release seems appropriate. And like it or not, F95 drives interest - if I hadn't seen it there, I wouldn't have signed up here, and I believe that's the case for every game dev I support.

I am under the impression that the dev has asked us whether or not we agree with him catering to the pirates which, it seems to me, is effectively what he is proposing to do. I'm not, I said so and I tried to come up with a way he might not only frustrate, a little, this pathetic, bullshit thievery, but also, in the process, legitimately earn a buck out of it.

And the only reason I want to have a successful Steam launch is so that I don't have to think about the financial aspect of continuing to make these games.

Hold back the public release for two further weeks and, assuming we don't already have a f*****g "hero" in our midst, make one of those F95 bastards at least pay you a dollar for the privilege of getting hold of a copy before then.

2023-07-06 20:54:00 +0000 UTCIt's also the version with sound, Day 1-8 visual/text improvements, minigame improvements, and escape room improvements. For new players (or lapsed, returning players), the two versions are quite different.

2023-07-06 20:33:12 +0000 UTCI think releasing the elysium content for day 17 might be beneficial for showing people what elysium content is like and give them an idea of what they're missing out on and be able to feel more attached to the Mc + any other possible characters that spawn through this that go into main game somehow
