For her part Sera's embarrassed plain and simple. She knows this is and likely will happen repeatedly she promised Jimin she could handle her past. Here it is Day 1 and she's going back on her word. She is afraid that Jimin might consider this a betrayal more then anything...she's afraid of the consequences and not looking at Jimin was an attempt not to see the condemnation in her eyes. 🤷♀️She can't be afraid to screw up this will very hard but nothing good is ever easy🤔. I could also be projecting since Sera and I share a name🤷🏾♀️

2024-09-10 00:56:09 +0000 UTCGood for Jimin. 😊 I'm SO GLAD she told that pig just who Sera is to her, not only to make him back off, but to also give him a virtual kick to his balls. 😆 I bet his ego has been dented now that he realizes it wasn't him who could somehow become the special exception, but Sera. Haha! How satisfying. 😌 This is such good growth for Jimin, and her support system is helping her to keep growing in the right direction. She is seeing that she doesn't have to put up with toxic and disrespectful behavior simply because of her past. Even if she still chose to be sexually active as she used to be, ahe does not have to put up with slut-shaming at all because she chooses to live a sex-positive lifestyle. Now good riddance, jerk. Although, I feel like we still haven't seen the last of Doyun. He strikes me as the type to be petty and lash out when his fragile male ego has been cracked. It wouldn't surprise me if he purposely spread that Jimin is with Sera, but not in a good way...rather, to have the bigots come out of hiding so they can start chastising them. I hope that's the last of this asshole, but we shall see. I think it has the potential to escalate to one of the males (Sunho or Jiwoo) fighting him, physically. 🤔 At any rate, I'm proud of Jimin. ❤️ PLEASE don't run, but be brave and things will get better. 🥰

The last few years have been a lot of growth for me in that department. I still get insanely anxious and start sweating bullets from every part of my body when I do, but it’s huge for me that I say what needs to be said. I really hope Jimin can find the strength inside her to continue to stand up for herself.

Quite a step to make despite all her misgivings still about her self-perceptions and doubts about her ability to continue in the relationship! 🙏 Seeing how far Sera would go and the help from her closest friends are finally getting through to Jimin! I love how supportive and firm Gyuri was with Jimin about not giving up so easily on a relationship barely a day old. They're dynamic is great and I'm happy Jimin has Gyuri in her corner. Secondly, woohoo!! Go Jimin for finally standing up to Doyun!! Though Sera pummeling him would've been priceless. I just wish Jimin didn't apologize for Doyun's inappropriate behavior. I do understand why she did it, though. I also love seeing this side of Sera. It's always been hinted at that she has a hidden side that may be problematic, and I'm happy to really be exploring that now. I'm excited for the trials and tribulations of the two of them will go through while nurturing this relationship. I am sensing the angst ahead, but I'm trying to stay positive they'll figure it out.

I am very impressed about how Jimin handled this situation, I really appreciate how self reflection she has shown by assessing herself and others. Most people can't have this reflection about themselves in isolation let's alone when been confronted with a hostile situation.

2024-08-24 12:35:38 +0000 UTCI wanted Jimin to stand up for herself and she did. It wasn't perfect but she's not perfect at the moment and what does "perfect" mean anyway? She admitted to someone else that she's with Sera, when for a long time she couldn't even admit that to herself. Those are big steps! The friend group could have handled that better though. I don't know why the first instinct was to tell Sera, of all people, to calm down and it took too long to kick that guy out. Nobody likes him, why's he there? But we'll take it!
