The story indicates that Tricia has more than a casual interest in Dan. Wanting to enhance his career. Should Dan embrace this it could be a big ego boost. Any rejection by Dan toward Sarah any hint of another's influence on Dan is going to have a serious effect on Sarah. It will also disrupt Lester's momentum he has gained towards Sarah's full compliance. While it will probably not save Sarah it could very well save Dan and the children. I believe the storm clouds are starting to form over Lester & Sarah.

I somehow missed that the pills have been swapped and that Sarah’s mom will probably want to talk before leaving. If the next chapter picks up with that talk Renee will want to have revealing she knows about Sarah and Lester and then Lester comes in with the groceries and they have a I care but don’t care that she caught us fuck fest that will elevate the current chapter. It did also seem like Sarah and Lester are acting more like a couple

Given her role as an accomplice in Lester's crimes, I think it would be wrong to leave the children in the hands of such a woman. By the way, Marie's revenge turned out to be rather weak. No, in terms of the blow to her career, it's clear that it's all quite serious. But against the backdrop of the options and ideas that were thrown into the comments and Lester's signature style, I felt that there was a lack of sexual humiliation in it.
