Does Lester find out who's behind hacking him, sooner than later? Does Sarah tell Lester about her failed attempt, and not tell Dan? The million dollar question - If she tells Lester, does Lester tell Renee all about how Sarah was fired, making it seem it's all because Dan has her daughter doing sex favors for men?

If they become aware of what exactly happened, could they still possibly believe that it is all Dan’s fault? Lester works at the hospital, he is Sarah’s boss, both parents felt uneasy with Lester…..would they be so clueless as to blame Dan for everything when he wasn’t even in town? But it would be interesting to see how it plays out if Sarah’s parents find out exactly what happened. Not sure about Otis going forward….Perhaps he shows up at Sarah’s house one day! Then Dan could come home and find Otis in his bed with Sarah…..

Where Dan is well known. Where people gather at the bar and clubs after work and talk. Can someone please tell me how would her Parents not know what took place at hospital and how Sarah lost her job? Also does anyone think they wouldn't be talking down where Otis buys his beer with his buds? Think what you want but I don't think Sarah Dan or Lester have heard the last of Otis. In my view, Dan should mirror this dynamic by forming a similar connection with a coworker—perhaps the one who has already appeared in earlier chapters. This would create a temporary rift between Dan and Sarah, but ultimately I think the story works best if they reunite in the end. Dan and Sarah are made for each other; no one else fits them the same way. Lester, despite whatever fantasies he’s fallen into, does not truly love Sarah. He’s a narcissist, trapped in his own lies, and his nature will never allow him to be a true husband or father. Inevitably, he will discard her. The irony is that it was Dan—through his own desires—who pushed Sarah into Lester’s arms, transforming her into what she has become. And yet, that same flaw makes Dan the one who will love her the most afterward. Only Dan could take back a broken, “washed-up” wife, fully aware of her past, and love her more because of it.

It is very interesting how Sarah has developed a bifurcated mindset with regard to how she interacts with Dan and Lester. With Lester she has obviously developed a deep emotional and physical attachment, she looked to Lester for comfort and consoling after she was fired, not Dan. In fact, she said that she was mad at both of them, but who did she wind up in bed with? She did not even try to reach out to Dan. Instead, She gave into Lester completely in her bed in her house, she desperately needed him. She said things to him that at this point is not just sex talk, including “I love you” and his proposal to not tell Dan about her being fired and spending all day with Lester instead of working. While she did tell Dan everything, she told Lester how cruel and deceiving it would be and it turned her on and that she would enjoy being with him. She acknowledges that she has feelings for Lester that go beyond sex, she needs his physical and emotional support, and he makes her heart flutter. Pretty serious stuff. With Dan, she cried hysterically and admitted that she did unbelievably stupid things and she lost control. She has done this before, except for the crying. This was the discussion when he walked into the house. Later that night, she worked with Dan to figure out how they could survive financially. And then of course they wound up in bed, mostly because of Dan’s prodding. I do not recall her saying that she loved him, as she told Lester the night before. Instead, her thoughts got hijacked by her plan to seduce Richard. At some other time during the day she acknowledged that the sex with Lester is the best, but she does not want to hurt her family…and she mentions specifically the girls. What was interesting is that she did not specifically mention her husband, Dan. She did not think to herself that she loved Dan and does not want to hurt him. Just a generic “family” concern. So, I think that the story has to deal with this now, not in future chapters. What does Sarah want to do, what will she do? Despite all the crying with Dan and the figuring out of the finances and the sex later that night, she has still not spoken with him about the biggest issue - her feelings for Lester. This is the dialogue that needs to happen. Of course, in many ways she is deceiving Dan by not disclosing her true feelings for Lester. She ultimately tells Dan what she has done sexually, but she is not telling him the most important part. Perhaps she doesn’t know what she will say to him because she doesn’t know what she wants to do. Maybe she thinks that everything with Lester can continue while her family is protected (for example her plan to fuck Richard to keep her job). But can she be this naive ? Most likely she would like a way to have everything….Dan, the girls, Lester, etc. Dan said to Sarah before they went up to bed that he is a very jealous man. That was certainly surprising given all that has happened between Sarah and Lester (and others) while Dan has done basically nothing to stop it. I think that Dan does not realize the depths of Sarah’s feelings for Lester and her overall transformation. I think despite everything that has happened in 31 chapters, the crux of the story is Sarah’s journey. It’s time for her to face this and have the discussion with Dan, and with Lester as well. I think it would be very compelling reading!
