Hello Everyone!
Another week, another newspost! This week’s agenda: fill out the survey (!!), what’s on the horizon, and team updates.
Note: There will be no Dev Update during next week due to Malcs & Prat being away.

These surveys are really important to get a larger consensus from players about what’s working and what isn’t working. They are vital in ensuring we are on the right track, and that we are listening to all feedback associated with the alpha.
Please take a few minutes to fill it out this week if you haven’t already!
For anyone that has thoughts on the current UI, there is a section in there to get feedback on it so we can improve it.
Filling in the text boxes is not required. If you are struggling to submit a response to the long-form questions, just skip it and leave it blank.
It would really help us a lot to get more submissions to make sure we’re on the correct course for Alpha. Every submission goes a long way.

Over the next 3-4 weeks, we will be letting you know of a few things that are going on behind the scenes. This includes:
An updated & reworked Alpha roadmap that’s more in line with how we’re tracking development-wise.
Information on a large scale project that began during the early days of the Alpha
What the next few months may look like for the Alpha.
These are a result of all the wonderful feedback we have received from everyone that has participated in the Alpha, and left us comments on surveys, the feedback form, and in Discord!
ICYMI: We released an update on Monday where we added Farming QoL, squashed some bugs, as well as some other minor tweaks.

Here is what the team has been working on recently.
Malcs:
Agility prototype has been developed and is in the early testing phase.
Began development on the Event Log feature
Malcs will be travelling to GamesCom from this coming Monday (August 18th) until the following Wednesday (August 27th). He will still be available daily, however he’ll be a bit slower to reply.
Coolrox:
Continued work on implementing a localisation system for the game and fighting Godot nodes and bugs. This feature is vital to work on now so we don’t have to rework the entire game when we get around to localising in the future.
Finished off the requirements for Android for Offline Beta release.
Prat:
Further testing on Agility and balancing.
Continuing to finalise COW SKILL.
Prat will also be travelling to GamesCom from this coming Monday (August 18th) until the following Wednesday (August 27th). As such, he won’t reply to you at all. (Except jokes.)
Tapi:
Working on more herbs, plants and seeds!
Will begin working on the Farming background once the Farming plants are all done.
What if I find any bugs while playing?
If you find a bug, please submit it either on Discord in the #mi2-bug-reports channel, or using this Google form. Please use the Google form if there is any crashing, that way you can also submit a game log to help with the bug squashing process.
What should I do if I’m having trouble accessing the Alpha or Patreon Chat in Discord?
If you (or a friend, an enemy) are having issues accessing anything, please shoot us a DM on Patreon. It’s easiest for us to assist from there. Thank you!
Will Google Drive downloads still be available for the Alpha?
Yep! We will release Google Drive versions of every update alongside our Steam updates for those who prefer a standalone Client.
