Test Server for Into the Abyss is now Live!

Important Information

Read this first as it is incredibly important for the Test Server:

• The Test Server is not indicative of the final product. Changes will be made at any given time without warning.
• Any and all discussions around the Test Server and its content is to remain inside the Discord Patreon channels.
• Please read the TODO List or Bug List before making suggestions to ensure there’s no double-ups.
• Malcs will be monitoring the Patreon Discord channels and reading every comment over the course of the Test, however he won’t respond to everything. Keep this in mind.
• Updates to the Test server will come in batches, maybe once a week, unless game breaking bugs are detected and require immediate rectification.
• The Test server has all expansions active, regardless of whether you own it or not.

How to link your Patreon Account for access

The Test server requires you to link your Patreon Account to your Melvor Cloud account. Follow the below steps to link your accounts.

Note: You’ll need to log into your Melvor Cloud account like 3 times during this process. This only needs to be done once.

1. Access the test URL and use the access code to gain access
2. Log in to your Melvor Cloud account.
3. Click the “Connect to Patreon” button.
4. Log in to your Melvor Cloud account again.
5. Follow the steps provided by Patreon to grant access. If done correctly, this will redirect you back to the test page asking for an access code.
6. Enter the access code again to gain access
7. Log in to your Melvor Cloud account again. This should be the last time.
8. You’ll now be greeted by a Desktop or Mobile selection which redirects you to the test server.

How to access the Test Server on Steam, Epic Games, iOS or Android

The Test server can be accessed through the native clients. Here’s how:

1. Your Patreon must be linked to your Melvor Cloud account first. Follow the above steps then come back here.
2. On the Character Select screen of your desired platform, there will be a blue “Test Server” link that appears in the bottom left.
   1. Note: This only appears if you have successfully linked your Patreon account, and you actually have access to the Test server.
3. This will redirect you to the test page asking for the access code.
