hehe, well, I imagine that it's pretty much just "pre" at this point. All his sperm and "cum" already got pumped away. And he's bloating as he shrinks, because he's "reducing" i size, but also "plumping out" as he fills in and changes. After all, he's got MORE than enough mass to keep him plump and getting plump-er at that size xP
