They weren't under a spell so its implied that these members of the village became weirdly loyal to a queen they didn't really know and cast aside their family members?! Does not make sense. Or Snow being told, by a reliable source, that her dad is alive and the queen is a lier. Which makes sense. But after being told by the queen that her dad is actually dead, she believes her?! After Snow is told that she lies! They obviously couldn't nail down an exact plot. Snow trying to find her dad seemed like filler just to fill time before the very lack lustier climax. Honestly, if the queen was played by someone with actual talent, my rating would go from a 4 to a 6.5.
