I have attached a zipped folder to this post. In it is the base sourcecode for the van Gogh Painterly Shader used in my most recent video.
The folder contains a README with instructions on how to set this up on shadertoy. It assumes you've either used shadertoy before or will be able to follow the instructions to get set up. There are two sets of instructions, one for google chrome which is recommended, and a more manual way. If you have any trouble with the set up though I can help.
