This movie was so disturbing and left both of us shaken after watching.

Yeah that’s exactly it - some of the worst of it is what’s not being show on screen but it lets your imagination fill in the blanks. Horrifying movie but very well made for sure!

2024-10-21 10:37:18 +0000 UTCI purchased the Blu-ray months ago but only got as far as about 7/8 of the film. It was so horrifying that I had to quit. And it wasn't just what was shown onscreen, either - some of what was described by the characters was close to my worst nightmare. I was unfamiliar with the younger actors but they were outstanding in their roles. I also thought the special effects blending with practical shots were amazing. A really impressive film but not for the fainthearted. It isn't especially graphic but its darker scenes make you fill in the blanks with your own imagination.
