Art couple monochrome
Added 2025-05-11 11:42:57 +0000 UTCDid a bunch of drawing today, it felt really good. I drew a picture of Annue's OCs Ami and Mai, I hung out in a drawpile for a while, and I did a tightened up sketch (2nd pic) for this cool old thumbnail I had lying around (3rd pic). And then I still felt like drawing a bit before I went to bed, so I did this quick monochrome take on it (first pic). I once again like the energy in the thumbnail more, it's just so good. I think maybe I should try to not clean things up as much... or get better at cleaning things up. Art is hard folks!
I think I might do another pass at this pic, try to nudge the sketch around and recover the energy a bit. Might do it properly in colour! After drawing one picture for five straight days, it was refreshing and gratifying to bash out this pic for Annue in just a morning.
