This Job Sucks

The office had a meeting that I was not emailed about and then was told I should be in. I told my dad I've been bored doing no work and he's worried they aren't going to pay me now...not sure what to do.

I know they have to pay me, but I have this thing that the slightest doubt seems to overwhelm me after a while. Like when I leave the house and I wonder if I locked the door and I know chances are I did. But then I picture myself just closing the door and not locking it, and I know it's just an image in my mind that's probably not real but then I wonder if it was a memory and not just some made up image and it bothers me till I get home and then I realize it was locked all along...

2020-07-18 22:46:23 +0000 UTCNot sure about US labour law, but in Australia, if you are employed on a wage for a period of time, and you have attended the place of work, you are fully entitled to your full pay regardless of whether they have not given you anything to do. I don't think you have anything to be worried about :)
