Rough Day

So today was actually more rough than naughty and was hoping to finish it off with a soothing orgasm. I went to Panera since I have their coffee subscription and have been getting their iced coffee for a little while. Well, today I was told they can no longer give it to me the way I want. Things like cream, half and half, syrups and sugar will be extra and that I should have known that from the app. I told the manager there was no place on the app to add extras so I just put it in special instructions like the other manager told me. She than explained that he was wrong and so am I. I then explained that all the things I wanted used to be at the coffee station before the pandemic and it was complimentary for customers, she told me again I was wrong and that she'd been there for a year and never seen that. I told her I'd been coming for 4 and know better. In the end I just got a black, hot, cup of coffee and a number to call corporate which is closed on the weekends. Thankfully the starbucks at my target gave me cream and sugar, free of charge after telling them what happened, but then it was too late because my coffee was already disgustingly cold.
