Throwing in my two cents, ghost/blank versions of the pred acting as magic/hornee stand in for the pred to force prey to stop resisting :)

Acid slime girls. food monsters(perhaps byproduct of the magic on the pred's body) Wild magic wisps(the pred's own magic assisting the digestion) Body tentacles(that might go a bit into the H-territory but it could represent the body itself trying to capture the prey so it could prevent it from causing problems) White cells(represented as white slime girls in likeness of the pred) Virus/bacteria(when the prey enters on a sick body) Also there is a special case, sea creature belly: In this other scenario the sea creature could have survivors that aren't friedly like pirates(not the friends of Naomi. Obviously). Sea fauna that somehow adapted to the pred's body, that eats everything that the pred eats And everything on the list before also could appear here. And finally, if the belly dungeon is inside a goo girl or somebody who does have good control with her own body, she could create a copy of herself to fight any problematic prey.
