I made Jasper- he was originally made to be a horde oc but I edited his original design and turned him into a Halfmoon Oc when the Halfmoon cats started being posted on Instagram, heās a cat who lives deep in the western region of Halfmoon so he has a bit of a weird accent- compared to the cats in the palace I mean, he really admires Kedi bc of her job and would literally steal it if he could- but would take any opportunity to learn from her since he canāt, he works as like- a handyman in Halfmoon and has a side hobby as an inventor, he also definitely has a crush on Ursa- but refuses to admit it pFFT I have a huge post on my Instagram with a brief background thing written up if you want more deets, my insta is _sleepy_pixel_ and the post is in the highlight called āOC-JASPERā
