Because of her unique...assets, she was put in charge of the apiary and given a specialized uniform that allows her to communicate with the store's local beehive. The antennae band enables her to hear the bees, and with a wiggle of her own butt, she's able to respond in a manner they can understand.
Honey spends most of her time arguing with them over how big her butt actually is. As you can imagine, watching a girl wagging her ass and shouting at bees has put productivity at an all time low.
