The Cursed Pyramid

Hello Patrons! Good news: we've created one more free map for you this month. As you have rated the "Arabian Castle" map very well, we also wanted to do something about the desert. What could be more iconic and desert related than the pyramid? 

In addition, a cursed pyramid with an ancient ghost defended treasure? So we created a camp next to the pyramid and then its subsequent levels ready to be explored by players. We hope you enjoy this map pack!

Civilizations rise and fall, sometimes there’s no sign of them in modern times, but others left the ancient souvenirs ready to be discovered. You got the information about the treasures in the tomb of the long-gone kings in the far lands.

The letter from mister Greenhorn was very short, but concrete:

"My dear friends, I think we all remember the beginning of my journey - the old journal with only a short note about the king’s tomb and the inexhaustible riches to find there. Some people said I’m crazy when I’ve decided to dedicate my life to this cause.

After all these years, many of my colleagues lost hope and left, but it was my mission to finish what I’ve started.

When I write these words I stand on a different continent, surrounded by a culture I don’t understand yet, but it’s not the case with my studies. I’ve heard legends and fairytales about the kingdom from gold, where every single person had enough money to live a long and happy life without worries - real paradise.

But what happened to them, you might ask, well, as far as I know their doom was their leader. Cruel, an ambitious man who decided to challenge gods. He made an army from every single citizen of his land, women, children, he left empty country for the time of the war he couldn’t win.

His people were scared and had enough of their ruler, so they overthrew him, built a prison, and locked him with all the gold they could gather, so no one would be tempted by the riches of this land.

I think I found this prison, which became his tomb. I’m ready to go in, but I wanted to share my discovery with you."

How lucky! But are you going to pay a visit to your old friend? Or maybe this letter looks fake?

Let the players decide and remember about the twist waiting for them in the depths of the pyramid. The gold is not the only one waiting for the visitors!
