Hello! Underground catacombs in which unimaginable evil lurks. Daredevils go down there in search of treasures and glory but never come back ...

Eternal life - some say it’s a blessing, some say it’s a curse, but all the people who tried to achieve immortality had to make a pact with some powerful deities.

Some of them see good in the people and help them with their dreams and lead them to the greater causes, but others…

They take everything from you - your body, your thoughts and at the end your soul, so you can serve them forever. Bounded by powerful spells and artifacts they cannot leave the realm of the living.

There’s a legend about the abandoned church in the wilderness - this building was a center of a small village. The governor was very ambitious and he was working on the elixir that would make his people stronger, so they could work better and faster.

Unfortunately for him, as he started working with the alchemy the dark forces started to crawl into his mind. At first his potions were working fine, people were happier and they were able to work longer, but when the demons started whispering into his ear everything turned into disaster.

Firstly, the mind became clouded. Everyone in the village became a mindless creature, wandering around without a purpose. They were able to eat and sleep, but nothing more.

After some time the governor finally came out of his home and took the mob to the church and this was the last time when anyone heard about them…

No one knows what happened, and no one is brave enough to check the chapel. Probably it has catacombs, but are they big enough for all those people? And what happened to the governor?

I hope this story will be inspiring and these Cured Catacombs will find their place in your play! Skeletons, ghosts, cultists, everything will fit into the haunted place like this.
