This is our favorite map so far. We tried to come up with a very specific location for an adventure. As a Game Master you will have the opportunity to take your players to the top of a giant mountain and confront them with the mysterious place where druids pray. Height, clouds, porous wind and an additional version of the map at night with a huge fire. What more do you need to lead an epic session?
* a cromlech, cromleh or cromlêh is a megalithic altar-tomb, made of rough stone.

An ancient place where druids gathered to perform their ceremonies, hidden high in the mountains…
Huge stones from all around the world, filled with magic helps to tame wild spirits and focus on rituals during holidays. They are scattered all around the world and not many people know their origins, but old druids are able to use the ancient powers connected with those magic circles.
This one is protected by the Ordun’s family - dwarven clan, which is dedicated to the spirit of the Great Eagle, and it is believed that this cromlech was built in the place of its nest, as a place of cult for their spirit animal. Legends says that this Eagle was huge like a city, and had power comparable to the dragons. After many years they have split the hunting terrain between them, so dragons and huge birds were able to feast peacefully.
But then people arrived, tamed the animals, planted crops and started to build their settlements. At first they were scared of the eagles, but after some time people decided to hunt them down.
Many have tried, many have failed, but the creatures were losing strength too. Some people saw this as an opportunity to strike a final blow, but others refused, seeing the eagles as a part of celestial balance and guardians of this land.
Hadrif Ordun, the first of his name, stood as a leader for those who wanted to protect the creatures. He took half of the crops and third part of the stock as an offering, but before leaving he had to fight with the huntsmen, because they were not going to give up on their prey easily.
Right before the fight, when both sides were ready to strike, for the first time in history the eagles decided to fly near the city, and as they came they attacked the huntsmen forces. The fight was over before it even started.
Hadrif came with his allies to the top of the mountain and with the offerings he has sealed the pact and testimony of these events are still alive in the druid circle taking care of this place.
