I went in and saw a few things all together which were in order batman knightfall, death of superman, emerald twilight, and zero hour. In a box labeled "D.C. tried to kill everyone" along with a few other books but the first thing I read was emerald twilight and I loved it so much and even now has a bit of reverence in my heart. So the next thing I did was pick up I think it was GL issue #51? And follow until I started seeing the zero hour tie ins and basically all of the worst stuff is what ingrained me towards comics today. I was thinking about this whole story after they released the zero hour 30 year annual thing? Haven't read it but I probably will just for the nostalgia
