When the airheaded Barbie questioned why she had to do it all naked, he advised her it was so he could observe the definition and progress of the training in real time. He would observe every inch of muscle and body fat to ensure a perfect championship figure. With the exhibitionist law in place, he also ensured this could be done at a public gym.
