And this might be a minor thing, but I loved how the speaker asked the listener to say his name again. I'm not sure why that small detail stood out to me so much. It just made the conversation and the speaker seem more natural. It made the audio feel even more as if you're listening to a real conversation rather than listening to something someone had written.
