This has happened a few times (not many but enough for me to address the issue). Some of you have messaged me about being charged twice when becoming a patron for the first time so I want to clarify the current charging system of my patreon page:
When a new patron subscribes to my page they will be charged instantly or the same day. However, at the beginning of every month their subscription will be automatically renewed and will be charged again. So for instance: If you become a patreon on December 31st, you will have your subscription renewed at January 1st. So you’ll be charged for your first subscription at the end of December but it will also be renewed at the beginning of January.
I will let all of you know if I change this charging method in the future but for now thanks for having this information in mind and thanks for your support ☺️
