Hey all, welcome to this week's progress report.
Level:
Our work on the landscape continued from last week, with more being done around Pearl Village, Grassland, and the Pillar Region in preparation for the next terrain detail pass.

Code:
This week we implemented aiming behavior for the new combat system. The behavior will, for the most part, be like the old system.
On top of that, we made a bunch of small tweaks and improvements to the already existing features of the new combat.
On the sandbox side, we have added another in-game tutorial; this time for Lights.
A lot of small features were also added:
Animation Sequences supports bone controllers now
UI Int/Float/Text fields have font size options now
Added user tooltips to UI props
Added 9-slice option to image prop
Added an event receiver to Lua prop to open the code editor
Added wl_character_get_num_outfits Lua function
Added options to enable/disable sex clothing via event
Added event receiver to go in/out of edit mode to the level manager prop
Character:
The sexy armor outfit for the male characters is making good progress, we finished the blockout and high-poly sculpting and are ready to move to retopo and texturing.
Animations:
In the animation department, work on the Maya x Inola minigame is well underway. Its implementation probably won't be done in time for the 25$ build, sadly, but we will make sure to add all finished animations of it to the sandbox (for Maya x Maya, as well as Maya x JennyFuta, seeing how these strap-on animations are fit for both).
Design:
We have added 20 new collectible plants to be distributed over the different biomes of the world. Some of these serve as simple ingredients for meals, some can be used for fine delicacies that have a high trading value, and last but not least there are rare alchemy ingredients like the Fury Blossom, which when combined with hunting trophies from dangerous monsters make powerful potions that can swing the course of a fight drastically.

Materials can be collected from world objects like ore veins and plants or looted from enemies. They can then be used to improve weapons and armor pieces. Since the different factions have varying technology levels, certain gear requires specialized NPCs to be upgraded. Plasma rifles, power fists or state-of-the-art combat armor can be improved by a tinkerer, while warrior or cannibal weaponry requires an old school smith. Tailors are specialized in refining non-combat designated clothing like dresses, casual garments or even lingerie.
Started working on a new world quest for Max with Iljah de la Gourmand. A galactic gourmet, who follows the expedition to experience the different tastes of the universe and reliably gets into trouble while doing so.

Thank you for all your continued support,
-Wild Life Team
