Level: The Umbar mountain area is now coming into focus for an improvement pass/rework while we are performing some issue hunting.
The world landscape now uses the new shader and we are looking to upgrade the old world landscape shader for sandbox purposes.
We also added more meshes for Lake Village and replaced most of the Lake Village blockouts with finished meshes.
Code: In the general code front we did some more performance profiling and implemented LODing for physics, animations and some visual dynamics, which reduces the cpu load of characters if they are far away.
The sandbox character poser has gotten even more control systems: You now have sliders to control the spread of the anus and vagina. Additionally, when breast physics are disabled, you can control where the breasts point towards. Toes now also have a curl slider which changes the angle of all toes simultaneously.
Character: Feral Bull texturing is in progress and we are starting to work with a new freelance artist to help us build all the character and faction outfits for the game. This pic shows a test outfit they made for the sandbox.
Animations: We are implementing a few sandbox animations and transfers, but no work on minigames this week as Svenni has broken her elbow and Steve is on vacation.
Design: Our design team spent some time this week working out an AI LODing design as well as level design and blockout for the Adûn region.
