Development Update 15.01.2018

We hope all of you had a great start into 2018!
Here is a quick update what we are working on at the moment.
Besides further developing our code base and continuing development on quest system and npc AI, we are making several tests for different environment and lighting moods and different vegetation types, here is a quick sneak peak how it looks like at the moment.

Furthermore, we will start working on male characters soon and preparing everything needed and talking to our character artist to get the process started.
A lot of people showed great interest in our VR Christmas-Special. However, as we mentioned at that time, we do not plan on pushing WildLife into becoming a VR Game. We want to proceed on fully focusing on developing WildLife as planned - a PC based open world adult action RPG.
But we still want to keep the VR development in mind to potentially get back to it in the future.

Hey, thanks :) About the flying, no you wont need to craft it. Not quite sure how we will introduce it tho. We will see :)

Currently VR users can easily play the normal Wild Life builds with console commands and it works well enough, but may I suggest that, once you get male POV implemented, you make sure that there is perhaps a VR mode for it? I would hope it wouldn't be immensely difficult but it would be great for VR users!

2018-01-15 05:10:48 +0000 UTCLooks fantastic. The only thing that seems a bit out of place is the hair. Not sure if it's due to it being a little too consolidated or the shader, but it doesn't look very real, more so the opposite. Aside from that, everything looks great. Can't wait to see more.
