All versions will now start at 0. *. *
That is, the current version 2.2.1 changes to 0.3.1
Complete list of all versions with change:
2.2.1 - 0.3.1 - currently release version
2.2 - 0.3.0,
2.1 - 0.2.0,
2.0 - 0.1.0
