Versions starting with 2.2 will only be publicly available one month (30 days) after their private release.
For instance: 2.2 was released on November 15th for Tier X - XL, 23 for Tier S and will be generally available to everyone on December 15th.
Let me remind you that this change only applies to version 2.2 and higher! 2.1 will be released as planned on November 1st for everyone!
