Although it's a bit easier for me to watch now, I still cannot watch this one on a casual basis like I could with the Halloween, Friday the 13th or Scream series. I hope shock value does not completely replace story for the future of horror films. Love the cameos in this film, Clint Howard, Tom Savini, etc. I'd love to see Lauren LaVera perform in other kinds of films. Her performance in this sequel was fantastic.
