2025-01-08 08:47:37 +0000 UTCAndromeda, Bright Red and Multiple Endings are the favs, but Hunter does something strange to me (in a good way) with that seven minute track length. It's such a breezy album, first time I ran it back 4, 5 times, and picked out new things to mine every time. Even a small line like, "candy in your cheek, sweet goodbye" to describe that kind of kiss and also a part of the larger reflection on the good and bad of a relationship. I love. Good. WRITING!!

Honestly, it was my first major exposure to the queer experience. It is a very different vibe from this album, but makes me feel the same nostalgia. His music is an indie, small town coming-of-age film to me. Loved this reaction!
