Added 2017-05-23 09:24:23 +0000 UTCI just watched Sega's new trailer for Sonic's new game. I think they made a really bold decision for allowing player creating their own OC. I'm not sure if this would go well for the Sonic Franchise though. On one hand, knowing how much Sonic fanbase love creating OC, this approach indicate that the developer were listening to its fans. As a gamer who enjoy open world such as Fallout and Skyrim and spend hours to mod and create my own character, I can certainly understand the potential for this new approach. But on the other hand, those games were designed to be open world with game mechanics far different from action games. How do the developer make Sonic's action games style fit with this approach is a question.
Nonetheless, I'm still looking for this game.
