I was just informed that I’m going to be losing my biggest non-erotic writing client at the end of this month. Classic story, “Your work is exemplary, but we’re switching our workflow over to a bigger company,” and all that.
It’s pretty rough news for me, obviously, but I swear, I’m not going to get all gloomy on you guys so soon again after the fires. I’m just going to say, as I begin the work of cobbling a functioning career back together, I would love for erotica to make up a bigger portion of it than it did before. I’d love to be able to take all of that time and energy that was reserved for the mundane side of my job, and pour it into telling more stories that make people feel hot and happy.
