Instead of just getting it over & done with like most horses do as part of their mundane routine, Kade & Lightning enjoy a little ritual when Lightning needs to be re-shod. After a grooming session full of teasing, tickling, slapping, and pinching, Kade does Lightning's shoes the old fashioned way -- at a forge, with a hammer & fire. This way takes longer and carries risk, but Lightning knows he's in skilled hands, and they both enjoy the intimacy of vulnerability.
Each press of the shoe against LIghtning's freshly-trimmed foot produces an impressive column of smoke, the red-hot iron spitting against the hoof wall and searing away germs & pathogens. The stallion can feel some of the intense heat, but the mix of pain, discomfort, and excitment his Sir has so masterfully applied to the rest of his body keeps his mind circulating.
The overstimulation is too much for the ol' horse and he can't help but moan through a hard-on, eager for more, but starving for the grand finale. After all that hard work tending to his stallion, it's only right that Kade gets a nice, long, hard ride....
