I think it may be to do with your outdated save and maybe when the code switches the crew leaders. Are you able to screenshot the error in the debug.bat console where it crashes for me please? (you quoted a useful part, but I need more of the text around that to know the line of code that causes the crash)

2018-02-11 14:08:27 +0000 UTCIt happens every time I try to go to zone 1, no matter if I do it straight from the map or by going to zone 0 first. I even loaded an earlier save and got to second chapter properly and not via cheats, it still crashes all the same. As of now, there's literally no way for me to get to zone 1. EDIT: If it helps "Exception in thread "LWJGL Application" java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 1, Size: 1"
