DSG Projected Budget - 2023

Our expected expenses for the remainder of the year.

Will be a little less for the next few months as we recently released our Men's Valorant team, but could pick back up towards the end of the year if we enter again.

(Few employee salaries were omitted from the breakdown as it would reveal how much certain individuals were earning specifically to them)

Currently not spending too much on the NACL and the GC Valo team, but hopefully we can raise some money soon to bump those salaries up.

I haven't been serious about watching league since s7 but I'm glad I got a team I really want to support now! Glad to be a part of it!

Carson

I have faith in this and am here to support something, which will come, and surprise everyone in the end

Haha i havent really watched toast in awhile but ive been catching the occasional esports updates and it sounds lit. My brain is small but take my money

15K in June and 30K in Novemeber for Merch :0

I don't even play/watch any of these games but I support the drive and goal. Just a thought but maybe drop a team for a year and instead put a team up in a little more popular/more monetary valued game like apex, and if there is a promise in revenue through fans/team performance/ merch, ECT. then resign the team previously dropped. Gotta start a foundation somewhere.

Bro this is hilarious

Transparency!!! If this existed in ESports the last decade it wouldn’t be such an uphill battle!

Yes, true but you normally still show the expected costs for the rest of the year (as he did for the other teams as well). If you show it like this it would mean that after August DSG won't pay anything for lol anymore.

u right, im insane

It says on the post that few staff salaries are not shown, likely from that since admin salaries go under g&a, so prob just didnt want to show details on that

I'd be curious if there could be some fundraising events towards operating costs, such as 1 per Spring/Summer/Fall/Winter. Edit: An example below A bunch of mini tournaments throughout a single week during each season with a different game each day (TFT/Hearthstone/League [ARAM]/League [SR]/Valorant), where competitors pay a buy in, winner(s) gets a % of the funds raised. Could even raffle off some spots for free - or give it based on requirements (i.e. highest ranked TFT investor gets a spot by default). Fundraising the day of the event would increase the prize pool

He just started the team.

Since I'm an investor LMAOOOO, I gotta ask: 1. Why are G&A expenses in Jan, July-Oct, Dec 27350 and not 17350? Where's the extra 10k in expenses comin from? 2. Would you be able to post Patreon revenue(if it is impactful) and # of patreons, as well as predicted revenue from merchandise launch, assuming merch will be launched this year? 3. Also interested if DSG is interested in building separate sources of income via building player brands and awareness, or is gonna play it safe by building and dropping rosters as necessary? 4. How is DSG going to adjust for marketing expenses posted via Toast's personal media channels -- i.e., once you have sponsors, will revenue earned/expenses spent be portioned out for Toast's personal bank accounts or all poured into DSG? EDIT: In fact, where is the extra 20k monthly expenses coming from? Shouldn't G&A expenses be 7350 monthly from acct/legal fees? There's 187.5k in expenses not accounted for....is it a mistype I'm missing here? EDIT 2: ..... i noticed May NOI should be (45.5k), but that doesn't matter it seems. after redoing math on excel, total g&a = (163200) so total NI = (784850), so shouldn't we be up 200k?

Quick question: why do you pay the LOL Team only in the summer?
