I've only just started this video and the unedited nature combined with the production is an appreciated change of pace towards content that is clearly cared about and taken seriously.

Thinking about people who deal with G force(astronauts/pilots), who have to train to tighten their body to not pass out, I assume it's something similar with the spinning.
