This is all Jiro can manage to say to herself all the way back to the Heights Alliance dorm.

Truth is, though, she did study. Well enough to pass most of the sections -- and that usually would have been fine. After all, there are so many components of being a hero: for some students, managing their quirk is hard enough to take up most of their time. And, of course, there are the students who get in trouble all the time (*cough cough MINA cough*) who tend to take some of the heat off people like Jiro. Before today, she's barely ever even gotten in trouble.

But this time, Aizawa put his foot down...

“You’ll all be disciplined according to U.A.’s legacy corrective protocols: 20-stroke spanking with a wooden paddle."
