Chapter 2 - Post-release notes

I hope you're enjoying Chapter 2. 😀
There was a small update earlier this week to correct typos and the crackling audio in the Alessa’s house scene, but overall, everything is working good.
Please, keep your feedback coming, and make sure to report any issues you may find. While I do have a clear path already set, I’m open to suggestions, criticisms, and am taking notes on everything you bring to the table.
I can’t stress enough how much I appreciate all your support, really!
This particular update had quite a turbulent development cycle. I had initially planned for a 4-month deadline, which ended up extending to 5.
Because of this, I'm making some changes in my professional and personal life. Chapter 3 is enormous, and I want to fully dedicate to developing this game moving forward. I don't want a repeat of this past update where I had to move an entire lewd scene and some main girl’s content to the next chapter due to time constraints, which ended up making it shorter.
Story and the road ahead
Chapter 2 was very heavy storywise; big surprises and revelations came to light. It concluded the introductory part of the story. Now that we know the characters’ stories and motivations, it's downhill from here.
I've noticed that some people got somewhat upset with Keyla and MC's big secret revelation. Believe me, you haven't seen anything yet. Nobody's perfect, not even the MC. Remember that this is a game of choices that can change everything, and you will make yours knowing that your avatar has gone through some stuff in life, and now you know one of them.
Chapter 3 and subsequent chapters will feature A LOT of content for every character, including the non-LIs. That's why I'm reorganizing things around here to ensure I can cover them all within a good and understandable pace, and to deliver every update on time.
I will be addressing some feedback on the Prologue and Chapter 1 by tweaking dialogues and fixing some static renders over time, and gradually release them within the subsequent updates.
I've already started working on Chapter 3. I have a handful of scenes already written and some half posed in DAZ since they were meant to be in Ch2. Overall the process is already underway.
Extra content for supporters
Soon, I will start posting polls here for you to choose TWO different girls, one LI and one non-LI, to be featured in a special SFW and NSFW set in their Gallery within the game.
Additionally, I'm resuming the creation of exclusive content for supporters, such as a monthly separate NSFW set, which will not be in the game, only here. There will be a new one this month already (with Kimberly), and a Christmas-themed one for December, featuring Alessa and Vera together.
TL;DR: I'm addressing feedback and releasing fixes and changes on upcoming updates, I'm making changes to my schedule to dedicate more to the game's development, supporters are getting rewards and more game content and the development on Chapter 3 has already started,
Moving forward, I'm going all-in. I really hope everyone truly enjoys what's to come.

Thank you! :D I like the idea; as the relationships build up, add more wholesomeness and fun with them. Looking back at it, I do feel like I got too carried away with the 'darker' tone as the MC was getting out of that limbo he tucked himself into, but now I can definitely change that. Awesome!

2023-11-18 12:09:27 +0000 UTCI really appreciate it! This is going to be a big journey for everyone. Lots of ups and downs and a redemption arc for each one of them, including the MC. Giving the player full control on what to do next is the main focus moving forward.

2023-11-18 12:01:15 +0000 UTCReally good work, believable relationship building, decent story, good looking renders, many different characters, with their stories, worries etc. Not superficial. IMO as for a reader it would be maybe more interesting to see more contrast / mood swings, more rollercoaster, it seems quite flat overall and a lot of sadness and struggle, MC seems down all the time, most other characters also struggling, I wish to also see them also on their good day, if you know what I mean :) Maybe ambient music adds to it, even during a party it is expected to have some positive vibes.

2023-11-17 20:02:02 +0000 UTCI'm perfectly fine with the MC having made some questionable decisions in his past. He is a character in his own right, with a mind and personality of his own, not some blank slate that anyone can insert themselves into and shape entirely to their liking. He's made mistakes before and we have no control over that because those were *his* decisions; however, as players, we *do* have a degree of control over the present and over whether he's learned from those mistakes or would make them all over again without second thought. Flawed characters are more believable and human, which is why I'm also eager to see the skeletons the girls are hiding in their closets. Glad to hear Chapter 3 work is already under way. Just don't forget to take a breather from time to time. :) You may be kicking yourself over the delay to Chapter 2, but 5 months really isn't bad by today's standards. But of course I won't be complaining if you manage to shorten the development time, hehe. You have my support either way.
