Comunity proposals for August 2019 Open!

The community proposal form for August 2019 is open!

It will remain open until September 18.

We will start doing some changes to the proposal system in the coming months, most likely for the roadmap priority, instead of just copying/pasting something from our roadmap, we will request a link to a proposal on: https://github.com/godotengine/godot-proposals

Once enough approved proposals are in there and the system is well tested, this may improve the situation that many of the proposals in the form submitted by users are unclear or uninformed, so it feels bad to not include it in the vote form because of this. This way, we can ensure a proposal is clear when submitted, so it can be properly included.

For tutorials, I may begin working on video tutorials for some of the requested items that are not exactly easy to put in text, I may make those private for Patrons first, at least for a while, then made public. Also now that the Vulkan port is coming together nicely, I was also considering gifting our dear Patrons with demos for the new features before everyone else.
