I (Juan) will start working on Vulkan support next month, but we'll make sure most of the tutorials are completed before then, since 3.1 is finally is out and the pressure has lifted a bit.

For me because I use several google accounts at the same time (work requirement) the account the form entered in is random and the submission might come from my work account which is not registered anywhere which I assume leads to vote not being registered which is sad.
