Added 2018-05-04 22:11:01 +0000 UTCAs always, anyone can vote. Only Patrons have points depending on pledges, but the rest of voters get their votes added up to the popular vote!

I'm quite behind schedule for many of these, so after working on the new AnimationTreePlayer next week, full focus will go to work on the patreon features/tutos/demos. Thanks for waiting, as most will be done before 3.1 is out.

Check the doc linked in the form as it's explained with more detail there, but basically if you submit once all your pledge points go to those options. The more times you vote, the more times they are divided between options.
