Yeah.. the idea is to propose them every month, as some change priorities, some get actually done in the meantime,e tc. It also seems I missed the Decal one

2017-11-14 07:21:54 +0000 UTCYour vote is worth 3, and then divided by the amount of times you vote. In practice, it means If you vote a single time, your vote is worth 3. If you vote 3 times, your votes are worth 1. If you vote 6 times, your votes are worth 1/2, and so on.
