CRASH Issue #11 - PDF

Attached is issue #11 of CRASH. With our good friend Oliver Frey recently passing, we dedicate this issue to him. He is already sorely missed. Roger needs all our support at this time.
Any problems with the issue, please do comment. This will go to print on Friday, as I am in Wales at the moment with family.

Oliver is already sorely missed. He was a huge part of the Spectrum community and he's left a hole that can never be filled. May he rest in peace.
