2021-12-17 12:27:30 +0000 UTCFrom what I can see in the invoice that the customs sent me, they are not charging me for the VAT but for the handling process at customs 😢 I don’t really know if they are allowed to charge me for that, but that’s what they did. Am I the only one affected for this?

2021-11-28 21:42:57 +0000 UTCYes, we are doing the IOSS thing - check the address label, and you will see an IOSS stamp on it. You need to tell your customs it has been paid.
