Concept: Wingman Jones and Professor Epitaph

The show they appear on is an old 1960's cartoon featuring a bumbling evil wizard and his bird-themed nemesis. I've always been into the old Roadrunner and Coyote style of comedy and in future Roundhouse stories, these characters will have their own brief play-within-a-play segments in the story.
